Jenny Fielding is a two-time founder and venture capitalist who has been first money into more than 300 technology companies, as co-founder and Managing Partner of Everywhere Ventures, one of the most active pre-seed funds in the world with a portfolio valued at $10 billion.
Before investing she founded two mobile software companies and led product and teams herself. That operator mindset has not faded. She has re-engineered Everywhere Ventures into an AI-first business and built an automated portfolio management system that goes further than what most PE firms, hedge funds and other VCs run internally.
Jenny spent seven and a half years as Managing Director at Techstars, leading investments into companies now worth more than $8 billion, before co-founding Everywhere Ventures and building a global community of over 500 founders and operators.
As one of the earliest and most active investors in AI-native companies, she has a front-row view of how AI, automation and agentic systems are reshaping business, from non-technical founders shipping products with AI tools to enterprises deploying agentic AI safely at scale. She appears on Bloomberg TV, in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes and TechCrunch, and is an adjunct professor at Columbia and Cornell Tech.
